Mason Label is looking for a Customer Service Order Entry associate for their 1st shift.
Customer Service Representative – Order Entry
Support Customer Service Representatives by preparing orders, entering critical data into the Vision software. Provide assistance with ensuring orders are entered correctly before being sent to Production.
FLSA Status: Exempt or Non-Exempt
Serve as the primary order entry for the Customer Service Representatives.
Exemplify a customer-focused, responsive and professional image by adhering to service level standards.
Proactively contribute customer-focused ideas to improve processes, throughput, or service standards; look for opportunities to manage or produce orders more efficiently & profitably while still meeting customer needs.
Enter orders and information from Customer Service Representatives in a timely and efficient manner.
Enter data accurately. Provide double checks when needed for other Order Entry associates or Customer Service Representatives.
Organize & prioritize a high volume of tasks for many orders simultaneously.
Communicate completion of order entry to Customer Service Representatives.
Maintain & organize required customer / order information.
Work with Team Leader to implement key initiatives and assist in special projects/tasks, such as: press proofs; new business set up; account / workload transition; back-up other Order Entry associates.
Participate in continuous education and training of WSPG departments, products and processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years in an Administrative role or Customer Service role desired. Manufacturing experience preferred.

The Customer Service Representative will act as central order entry provider for the Customer Service Representatives.
Ability to work in a manufacturing and office environment. Some traveling may be required.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. May be required to sit at a desk for long periods of time. Must be able to work overtime and flexible shifts.
This position report directly to the Customer Service Department leadperson.
This position is not eligible for relocation benefits.
