Part Time Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Purpose of Position : To provide exemplary Customer Service by following Company’s processes and procedures to ensure efficient processing of POS transactions in order to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Good alpha-numeric data entry skills
Good computer skills
Knowledge of point of sale process, including cash handling
Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to meet and exceed customer needs
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer information
