The Customer Service Representative will answer calls from customers and resolve, educate, follow-up and respond to questions related to Choice Administrators plan administration and procedures. This position will also be responsible for documenting calls in call tracking system.
Position requires knowledge and experience in health care/insurance industry; at least 2 years of customer service experience. Candidates must be computer literate and have word processing experience. Typing at least 50 wpm; able to handle irate customers in a courteous, patient and calm and positive manner while maintaining a high quality and quantity of work. Experience in handling high call volume. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent.
