Responsible for processing international order, quotations, returns, commissions, credits, invoices, and other export shipping documents
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Using telephone, calculator, PC, written procedures and product knowledge for proper orders
Making decisions regarding order priority, pricing, modes of transportation, product identification, product sourcing, etc.
Answering pricing and product inquiries, order and item status received via email, telephone, FAX, and mail from customers, dealers, and subsidiaries
Processing emergency orders

Expected Areas of Competence Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with dealers, customers, subsidiaries, U.S. divisions, and outside service companies (banks, transportation companies, freight forwarders)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (i.e., consolidate shipments from various suppliers and ensure documentation for export is correct)
Effective working in teams to achieve the department’s objectives
Knowledge of Zimmer major product groupings, including product lines at other divisions
Keying speed of 7000 kdph with 95% accuracy; typing speed of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy

Education/Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
