Will be working in a true Call Center Setting handling inbound call! CSR's Will be working with the Caribbean islands of Bahamas, Bermuda and Trinidad. Must be Fluent in French and Creole. Excellent communication skills in English is also required. Commitment to offering quality service to internal and external customers. Ability to respond quickly and proactively to customer queries.
