Job Skills/Requirements
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Candidates are subject to a computer skills test prior to the interview.
  • New CSR hires will be required to participate in 4 weeks of training which is done on a full time (M-F 8a-5p) schedule. Part-time work hours commence upon completion of training.
  • Candidates must be able to maintain enthusiasm and professionalism with customers for extended periods of time.
