Our dynamic Customer Service Team is currently in search of Customer Service Representatives for our Miami Lakes location. Now here's the fun stuff:
? Implements Customer Service techniques with prospective customers in order to meet objectives.
? Takes inbound calls from potential and existing customers by telephone to service their needs
? Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
? Builds and maintains customer relationships.
? Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
? Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
? Quotes prices and encourages customers to buy.
? Enters names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system.
? Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
? Responsible for meeting quality standards and objectives.
Requirements:
? At least 1 year of experience dealing with customers
? Call center experience (strongly preferred)
? Inbound or outbound sales (preferred)
? Proven track record of being a high performer
? Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
? Friendly and professional demeanor

? Basic computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Word, Email, etc.)
