Working in a call center environment, the Customer Service Specialist II will work to effectively troubleshoot and resolve each customer telephone or email inquiry regarding the Bank’s products and services, with exceptional service at all times. Responsibilities will include maintaining escrow accounts by recording transactions, performing fund transfers, and calculating interest, opening new deposit accounts, activating retail and business online banking and/or bill pay service and handling level one support calls pertaining to treasury management products and services.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school and two to three years directly related experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, present detailed information, and respond to questions. The ability to efficiently multi task while maintaining a strong attention to detail is essential. Superior customer service skills along with experience with Microsoft Office applications are necessities. Anticipated schedule is Monday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Tuesday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Thursday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am – 1:00pm; however the schedule would be subject to change based upon business need.
