BorrowLenses is looking for an extremely talented Customer Service Specialist to help drive our company to the next level.
We are a responsive and agile team who bounce ideas off each other, hand tasks back and forth seamlessly, and work together to get the job done. You'll need to be communicative, conscientious, smart, and able to forecast a "bigger picture."

We’re looking for a friendly, punctual, dependable, knowledgeable, customer service minded individual to join our front desk team at BorrowLenses. Primary duties are comprised of: prepping customer’s orders, checking customer’s gear in/out the facility, geenral customer service in person, phone, and email, handling VIP member transactions, opening and closing the front desk and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Shifts can vary in length. Hours needed include 8 AM – 6 PM weekdays and weekend shifts.
Prepare all orders for the current day and following day
Contact customers with any booking discrepancies
Acquire working knowledge of Borrowlenses.com policies and procedures. Provide and interpret detailed information to all inquiries regarding fees, promos, policies and procedures
Provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our members.
Answer phones and emails when time allows
Assist with other departments as assigned by the manager
Broad base of general clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and reception experience
2 years of photography and/or video experience (school or work related/on the job training accepted)
2 years of excellent customer service experience
High level of professionalism, able to stay calm under pressure
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
