We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work in the Life Division. The Life Insurance Division works with financial and insurance professionals to give families and businesses the life insurance coverage needed to help meet important financial protection, wealth accumulation, and wealth preservation goals.
• Build strong customer relationships, establishing confidence, trust and rapport to ensure customers have a positive experience and perception of Pacific Life Insurance Division.
• Respond to questions and requests from (internal/external) customers.
• Insure that customer requests are completed accurately, using the appropriate system/application, within Life Division department service time frames.
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
Position requires FINRA Series 6 or 7 within the first 6 weeks of employment. Ability to provide positive customer service experiences while clearly communicating both orally and written. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong analytical/decision making skill. Ability to respond to service inquiries and requests that require consideration of industry regulations, legal skills. High School Diploma or equivalent and some College and 2-3 years Call Center/Customer Service experience required. Life Insurance and or Financial Industry experience and ACS (Associate, Customer Service) designation preferred.
