The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for answering customer calls, providing account information, and addressing customer concerns.
Accept, verify, and process transactions such as payments and address changes according to established procedures and security guidelines.
Answer customer calls and resolve customer questions/concerns.
Accurately input account information and notate the account when necessary (i.e. inquiries, complaints, comments, action taken).
Refer unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department for further investigation.
Represent the Company and its products and services with pride and enthusiasm.
Identify and pursue new or related customer opportunities.
Contribute to a cooperative and positive working atmosphere.
Be flexible, responsive, and assist co-workers in the attainment of the Companys objectives with a focus on the needs of the customer.
Other duties as assigned.
1+ year of Customer Service experience, preferably in the auto industry.
Ability to interact with customers in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required
