Job Summary

The Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) is responsible for daily operation of the call center and supervision of the call center staff. The CSS is responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest information about CalOptima’s member benefits. The CSS will provide guidance to the staff to address and resolve customer service issues for members and/or special groups. The CSS typically handles the more difficult or complex member questions and concerns.
