The Customer Service Support Rep serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Answer inbound calls, extensive communication between many departments; providing billing assistance and paperwork. Must provide first call resolution and able to multi task.
