High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of phone customer service experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, PC knowledge, and experience with clinical laboratory testing, medical front or back office, phlebotomy or similar experience are required.

Job Description:
This is an opportunity to work with people and assist physicians in the medical care of their patients within one of the largest clinical laboratories in the country. Position serves as liaison between LabCorp branches and physician to provide information regarding patient laboratory results and the collection and submission of laboratory specimens. Involves researching, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems via the telephone.
