Sonoco is looking for a Customer Service Manager for their Plastics Divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Customer Service, Planning, HR, Shipping, Inventory reconciliation, and Office functions associated with this plant. Communication and accuracy is critical to both external and internal customers for a successful operation.
Supervises and executes the Customer Service process for Mast Global and Living Essentials customer base.
Responsible for Safety awareness, training and ergonomic practices in the Office area
Act as a key resource for the Sales Managers and Account Representatives
Responsible for daily work assignments and managing daily activities in the areas of responsibility
Responsible for Performance Management for all direct team members
Responsible to ensure all inventories are accurate and reconciled
Responsible to procure needed raw materials
Responsible to efficiently schedule all production lines
5 yrs Customer Service related experience
Supply Chain experience preferred
