Manages data operations procedures and activities with other Technicians. Requires t
he analytical/problem solving skills necessary to understand operations; t
he interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with internal and external customers as well as IS team members; and t
he ability to pay close attention to detail. Additionally, must have
revious experience with hardware environments such as PC workstations and IBM-SNA, change implementation, operating systems (DOS, Windows, and software packages (MS Office, MS Mail, MS Access, Help Desk software.)
