The Customer Service Trainer contributes to the success of by supporting the Customer Service Managers in the training of new hires and the on-going training and support of the entire Customer Love Team staff. Like the Managers, it is the Trainer's goal to ensure that friendly, professional, efficient and courteous service is provided to customers on a daily basis and that all employees are continuously improving their knowledge base and soft skills. Responsible for optimizing the on-boarding, ramp-up and continuous training of the Customer Love Team.

Systematic high level BuildASign training for all new CLT team members

Primary point of responsibility and accountability for fast, efficient training and ramp up of new CLT members

Primary point of responsibility and accountability for ensuring the Customer Love Team is properly trained and prepared to any new products / processes and/or changes to existing products and/or processes

Responsible for supporting the professional development of the Customer Love Team

Responsible for preparing training to address areas of opportunity identified by customer feedback and surveys

Recommend new tools and processes to improve training and on-boarding process

Implement training and certification processes for each company product line and call channel

Reports to Senior Manager of Customer Service

At least three to five years of training experience in a customer service environment

Understanding and expertise of adult learning principles and their application into the training processes

Experience in creating customer service training

Supporting multiple call queues and product lines, and customer correspondence

Two years preferred of experience in a call center environment that handles customer correspondence and inbound and outbound sales call

Excellent problem-solving skills

(Full Time), primarily Monday through Friday and some Saturdays and Sundays

Compensation: $40k/year

Bonus plan – 10%
