Provide direction and assistance in managing the daily workflow for the department. Assist in monitoring the unit’s work in process, assist reps with questions concerning credit card accounts, and handle call escalations. Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership skills, strong analytical skills, creativity, and strong people management skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel; Four years credit card experience and supervisory experience preferred.
