Our Customer Service and Research Representatives play an essential role in this growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, hardworking, college graduate who can thrive in a team environment. In this position, you will be communicating directly with our subscribers via phone and email: assisting with new subscriptions and servicing current accounts. You must be able to multi-task, prioritize and be organized. We need a candidate who really enjoys customer service and ensuring our customer's needs are met in a timely and courteous fashion. A working knowledge of stock market investing, and understanding of public company valuation, and a basic understanding of options trading is preferred.
