Obtains/maintains agent's P&C producer's
license in order to provide quotes and transact new business and policy
changes. High volume call center that assists customers with policy access
and questions regarding Shelter's public website and escalates problems
that cannot immediately be resolved. Receives incoming calls from
policyholders, claimants, agents and other consumer contacts for the Companies.
Answers basic claims, policy and underwriting questions. Receives
and records loss reports, confirms coverage, obtains claim information
and enters claim in system. Receives and enters complaint information in
tracking system and assists callers within scope of authority. May
assist with training as needed.
