We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to increase prospect and customer understanding of our product, resolve challenges and answer customer questions, as well as to maintain long term customer relationships. Our customers are marketing professionals at large brands and agencies. The Customer Success Associate is responsible for evaluating new prospects, managing support requests, facilitating customer trainings, and generally providing product assistance to our existing agency and enterprise accounts. You will be communicating via email, phone and over WebEx with customers and acting as a problem-solver and customer advocate.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience can vary – show us a track record of success

Ideal past experiences: providing customer support within a technology, PR or digital
marketing company, client services at an agency or consultancy

Must be highly organized and efficient when managing a significant volume of data

You know and love Microsoft Excel. The words vlookup, pivot table, and countif are in your
vocabulary

Knowledge of social media, business intelligence, and analytics is a major plus

Prior experience working with Salesforce & Desk.com or similar systems is preferred

Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills

Appreciation for ping pong and smoothies is a bonus

BA or BS
