Fuzebox Customer Success Managers have one job – customer advocacy. You will work with new and existing customers post-sale to ensure successful onboarding and deployment, identify usage trends and opportunities to grow accounts, and drive up customer satisfaction. You are extremely thoughtful about the customer experience, and you also have sharp instincts, high energy, and can make smart decisions with limited information. You must be a versatile team player that works effectively across diverse internal teams – sales, product, ops, and executives. The CSM’s bottom line: build the trust and confidence of our customers, lower churn, and increase revenue.

Onboard new clients to FuzeBox and build a strong account plan that sets up high adoption and usage
Engage with clients and ensure that they are set up and fully functional within 30 days of sign-up
Take ownership of the implementation process from kick off to go live and deployment
Increase client retention by performing health checks and ensuring customers’ optimize use of Fuze
Identify expansion opportunities and work with the renewals/sales rep to increase business
Track accounts that are at-risk of churn and work actively and creatively to increase usage
Work closely with product marketing on communications for major accounts
Work closely with engineering on identification and tracking of bugs
Be the customer advocate and customer voice during daily/weekly meetings with the product development team.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-3 years professional work experience, 1-2 years prior account management experience preferred
Background in sales a plus
High tech, high growth company, start-up or small company experience a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce, ZenDesk, and other Software-as-a-Service is a plus
Self-motivated team player that has fresh ideas when it comes to building client loyalty and reducing churn
Enjoys working closely with clients to ensure complete client satisfaction
Sets high expectations for themselves and others
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
