The MobileIron Customer Success team is seeking a highly organized, multi-tasking, detail oriented team player to help us manage our team’s projects and schedules. If you are a collaborative, proactive problem solver with a winning attitude, strong MS Excel background, and excellent communication skills we are interested in discussing how you could be a fit for our team.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the professional services engineers to help manage their schedules and provide operational support.
Outreach to customers to coordinate schedules and organize conference calls
Track the status of open projects and take actions to move them to closure
Document interactions with customers into a shared repository to facilitate status and information sharing
Collect and manage project data and develop metrics as requested
Cross-reference data from multiple sources to make informed decisions on granting system access
Manage server inventory for sales evaluations and validate shipment requests
Log and track server inventory
Take on additional projects as skills and schedule allow

Qualifications:
Proactive, problem-solving and thrives working independently
Process oriented with a focus on continual process improvement
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate professionally to a customer audience
Excellent attention to detail and follow through
Highly organized, able to multi-task and drive outstanding items to completion
Project ownership and management experience
Eager to be helpful, but thoughtfully evaluates requests and pushes back as necessary
Team oriented, with a positive attitude
Familiarity with a services/consulting organization
Familiarity with the High Tech industry
Solid proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with Zendesk, Saleforce.com and database queries preferred
