Social Annex is looking for an exceptionally self-motivated and talented individual to join our team fulfilling a key role in our Project Management department. You have to be the type of person that craves a challenge and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where meeting and exceeding high expectations are a part of the job.

This is a Project Management position that requires team work, great communication and solid attention to detail. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

- lead the planning and implementation of project

- facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

- define project tasks and resource requirements to develop full scale project plans

- assemble and coordinate project staff

- manage project resource allocation

- Plan and schedule project timelines

- track project deliverables using appropriate tools

- provide direction and support to project team

- Quality assurance

- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to CEO

- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

- implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Need to be able to speak Hindi
· A passion for Project Management and take/ pride in it
· Experience within a Project Management team
· Relevant domain experience in e-commerce, social media, or software as a service (SaaS)
· lBasic knowledge of HTML
· Working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, etc)
