As a Customer
Support Agent , you will be responsible for providing resolution to
end-user inquiries on a wide variety of consumer electronic products. This
person will employ basic troubleshooting skills combined with excellent
customer focus to determine appropriate course of action in a professional and
timely manner. This person will provide support in a number of different
communication channels including phone, email, chat and social media.
How you’ll do it

Microsoft operating systems, Mac knowledge +
customers via phone, email, chat and social media
handled support calls in a ticketing system
in an order entry system

timely, detailed documentation of all customer/partner interactions and issue
resolution according to established customer support processes and tools
What you’ll need
diploma or the equivalent
knowledge of the computer marketplace
with computers and general office equipment
experience in a customer service position
computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Ability to maintain
composure regardless of the situation
attention to detail
verbal and written communication skills
customer service skills
