Primary Duties:
  • Deliver End User desktop support by troubleshooting and solving day to day service request
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for centralized service desk servicing US
  • Adherence to standard ticket handling and escalation procedures
  • Deploy desktops, laptops, phones, printers, Blackberry PDA’s and other peripheral devices
  • Install & support desktop software and business applications
  • Adherence to desktop standards for hardware and software
  • Maintain current on relevant product offerings
  • Provide new user orientation for IT services provided
  • System Administrator for local servers
  • Support Servers
  • Work closely with the Operations and Network team located in the Fort Lauderdale to resolve networking and operation issues
  • Manage accurate inventory of desktop hardware for specific office
  • Other duties as assigned by the CSC Supervisor
  • Assist on other projects and tasks within scope of competencies
