The Customer Support Engineering Document Logistics will support general document and project handling.

Essential Responsibilities

In addition, you will:
Process As-In-Service plans according to requirements set by customer

Recognize and differentiate types of documents and requirements relative to when they are used

Assure that work is performed in compliance with the company's quality standards and processes, providing the delivery of high quality products and services to both internal and external customers

Handle project requests from customers in a timely, efficient and accurate manner

Be responsible for record maintenance, which consists of checking projects in, verifying what was received, emailing customers, mailing completed projects to field personnel and entering data into the RailDOCS program

Be self-motivated, analytical, organized and detail oriented

Perform other related duties

Communicate effectively while dealing with customers and employees

Receive detailed information through oral communication and to make fine discriminations in sound

Make sound business decisions

Understand and interpret inquiries, written reports and company literature

Access, input and retrieve information from a computer or calculator

Perform under stress

Be creative and resourceful

Meet tight deadlines and produce quality work under pressure

Work independently with a minimum of supervision

Work under pressure and in stressful situations and still show an enthusiastic and positive attitude

Establish credibility and be decisive while still recognizing and supporting Company preferences and priorities

Plan, prioritize and follow through on projects assigned with minimal supervision required

Be tactful, mature and flexible

Qualifications/Requirements

High School Diploma / GED

Eligibility Requirements:
Ability and willingness to sit for 4-8 hours per day

Ability and willingness to stand for 4-6 hours per day

Ability and willingness to lift 10 to 30 lbs

Ability and willingness to maintain finger movement and dexterity

Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment

Ability and willingness to prove and maintain a good driving record

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
