                      • looking for a Customer Support Officer / Representative. This is an Entry-Mid Level position. We are looking for someone aggressive, Go-getter, who is passionate towards customer service, customer support and can WOW the prospects/customers. Sales and Technology experience is a huge plus as this position also involves account management.
                        • Answer In-Bound Quote Requests, Prospect Client Quote requests online, enter them into CRM, answer preliminary customer queries.
                        • Lead generation & Find Prospective clients and turn them into customers. Farm and grow the account with excellent customer service.
                        • Connect the leads to the Pre-Sales/Technical Team and co-ordinate a discussion with the technical team.
                        • Co-ordinate with the pre-sales team for an estimate, email work & price estimate to the prospective clients.
                        • Follow-up through the sales process to close the lead / (work on statement of work, paperwork).
                        • Provide Customer Support / (any escalations), Account Management / to the customers and ensure client needs are handled well by our technical staff.
                        • Excellent Phone Skills, People Skills, Great Communication Skills.
