With that in mind, we need you to love the detail. To live it. To understand it. To know it backwards and forwards. To bend it to your will, make it jump through hoops and even have it dance and sing for you.
As you might have guessed from the first quality above, we have a lot of detail for you to pay attention to, and the only way to control and manage it is to be organized.
Because you’ll be working with different teams and personnel, we will need both your oral and written communication to be both articulate and persuasive.
Why creative? Would you rather we asked you to be boring? We need you to be creative because we’re constantly breaking new ground, and you will always have new problems and new projects that don’t have standard, readily available solutions to them.
