Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of interoffice tasks. Other job duties as needed. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
High School diploma or equivalent.
4 to 5 years experience in the field or in a related area.
Able to research and resolve issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Basic skill in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent interpersonal and professional oral and written communication skills.
Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goal.
Independently performs complicated tasks.
