Summary: Primary purpose is to quote, book and maintain customer orders for Domestic Export Customers at Compression Systems. Job requires contact with internal and external
customers and assurance that customer needs are satisfied.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Develop, manage and administer Parts and Service Agreements.
Quote and book all sales orders in SAP.
Monitor pricing in SAP.
Assist Supervisor with preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Provide after hours call center support to customers from home/off site.
Meet with customers periodically at their locations (mostly local). Required to be prepared for and attend meetings both internally and externally. Job Requirements/ Qualifications Education/Experience:
5+ years of related customer service/call center experience required, preferably in energy industry.
College Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience preferred.
Technical knowledge of compression markets, customers and/or products, or other related energy industry knowledge preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively independently; recognize and assume responsibility for deliverables without prompting.
Ability to handle, prioritize and multi-task assignments and meet required contractual deadlines.
Demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment on projects.
Team-oriented, flexible, adaptable and dependable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred but not required.
SAP/R3 and Microsoft Excel experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook messages, calendar, and tasks.
