Crestron is seeking an individual to join our Customer Support team to interact via telephone, email and face-to-face with our customers in a fast-pace and solution-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and requests regarding:
Ø Order Status
Ø Pricing and availability
Ø Product information
Ø Invoice inquiries
Ø Shipping issues
Ø Returns
Ø Repair status
  • Review orders daily for accuracy and product availability to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
  • Review weekly and monthly open order reports and coordinate with internal departments to resolve any open order issues and communicate with customers
  • Maintain and grow relationship with existing and new customers by monitoring their daily activity, following up on their interactions and resolving any issues
  • Participation in tradeshow and customer-related events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent, college a plus
  • Minimum 3 year experience in a customer support or sales support oriented position
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant Microsoft computer applications
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
