Job Description
As a nabi cares Community Support Specialist you are responsible for providing exemplary customer service and support to our community that creates intense brand loyalty for nabi. You are responsible for identifying our community members’ needs and leading them to the right solutions. You are also keen in developing unique customer centric service and support solutions that build unparalleled brand advocacy. You are the first impression our community members have with our brand and you are proud to represent nabi. You understand that each interaction with our community members is an opportunity to turn them into a lifelong nabi loyalist.

Responsibilities
• Creates intense brand loyalty and advocacy by embodying the nabi brand
• Delivers exemplary customer service and support that develops lifelong relationships with community members
• Understands community members’ issues and connects them to the right solutions
• Shows empathy with upset community members and has the ability to turn them into lifelong nabi advocates
• Offers a thorough understanding on how to use and troubleshoot all nabi products
• Responds to all community members’ inquiries and either solves inquiries on your own or escalate problem to lead for resolutions
• Educates community members on additional ways to use nabi products as well as the features and benefits of nabi accessories
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Genuinely cares about nabi community members and will go above and beyond to deliver the best experience
• Passionate about nabi brand and products and eager to share with others
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and motivating
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• A real go-getter that takes the initiative to get things done
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
