As the nabi cares Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating brand loyalty and advocacy by providing exemplary customer service and support to our community. We are open to entry level and new grads who are looking to start their career.

Responsibilities

· Creating brand loyalty and advocacy

· Problem solving

· Developing unique solutions

· Deliver the highest quality of customer care, always keeping in line with company values

· Offer a thorough understanding of product

· Direct email and phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries

· Respond to inquiries, and either solve customer inquiries on own or escalate problem to issue to supervisor for resolution

· Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly desired

· Bilingual is preferred, but not required

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

· Genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to deliver the best experience to our customers

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Self-motivated and motivating

· Strong desire to learn and grow

· Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
