Customer Support Specialist / Technical Support / Help Desk

As a PQM Support Specialist you will be working as part of a team focused on supporting clients of Textura’s Pre-Qualification Management application. This is achieved by delivering industry leading customer service, support, and training to Subcontractors. In addition, you will assist the team as needed in its initiative to grow PQM.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with customers via incoming telephone calls and email.
  • Perform troubleshooting regarding website/product issues
  • Make outbound calls to proactively assist subcontractors in utilizing the PQM web application
  • Assist in the sales process to setup client accounts
  • General administrative tasks
