OrgSync is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to facilitate the implementation training and onboarding of all new OrgSync clients and employees. The Customer Training Specialist will conduct several webinar-style trainings per day for new and existing campus partners to teach them to learn the software platform. The Customer Training Specialist will work collaboratively with the dedicated Campus Consultant for each client to deliver the best training and implementation process. The trainings will be product-based and heavily focused on the OrgSync platform, so it is crucial that the Customer Training Specialist has the ability to learn the ins and outs of our software platform.

The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, particularly as it related to webinar-style trainings. The Customer Training Specialist will be incentivized with a salary, a full range of benefits, and stock options. Experience working in higher education is preferred, especially as it relates to working with student affairs professionals and students. This new position at OrgSync will report to the Vice President of Client Services and will continue to evolve.

Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent presentation skills, including ability to engage different types of audiences over the phone
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Demonstrated technical skills or ability to quickly learn programs such as Microsoft Office, SalesForce, etc.
  • Willingness to contribute to team goals and support the mission and vision of OrgSync
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, Curriculum Design, or related area
  • Experience working at a college or university in Student Affairs area, preferably advising student organizations
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Experience working with and/or implementing OrgSync on a campus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manage a regular training schedule and deliver daily/weekly/monthly trainings for OrgSync users, consisting of implementation trainings, product trainings, best practice webinars, and ongoing trainings for campus partners
  • Design and deliver educational webinars and presentations for OrgSync users and team members
  • Deliver product and company trainings for new employees during the onboarding process
  • Build needs assessments and learning assessments to measure the learning of trainees
  • Manage and contribute content to a learning management system (LMS) for OrgSync employees
  • Serve as an expert on the OrgSync platform, able to answer all product-related questions for customers
  • Serve as a resource for clients during the implementation process, answering questions via email and phone
  • Design educational curriculum and develop training materials for employees and clients
  • Periodically review the new client implementation and new employee onboarding training processes to recommend and make improvements as necessary
  • Contribute to support coverage schedule as needed to respond to users’ technical support issues
