Position Title: Neighborhood Construction Manager in Washington, DC

Position Summary:
The Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) is responsible for supervising the home building process in our DC neighborhood: Foxhall Ridge. Foxhall is located in Georgetown at 2 Macarthur Blvd, Washington, DC 20007. You may view the property website at http://foxhallridgetowns.com/location/ .
Responsibilities and Duties:
§ Supervise home building process to ensure quality and government regulations are met
§ Manage subcontractors including scheduling, installation and quality control
§ Responsible for conducting frame walks, New Home Orientations, and precons with home buyers
§ Provide home buyers excellent service related to construction process, scheduling and general home building communications
§ Monitor and update scheduling system weekly basis
§ Train, monitor, manage Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager’s and on site staff
§ Ensures each house is 100% complete for RCM Quality Walk
§ Various administrative duties such as scheduling trade installations, ordering building material and reviewing selections with trades
§ Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
§ Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment for office and field warranty employees, subcontractors and homeowners.

Position Requirements:
College degree preferred; Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience
