We are currently seeking a Regional DFS Manager for the southwestern region. This position can be based anywhere in the southwestern area.
The Regional DFS Manager will Manage and support the wholesale distribution DFS and PTAC products business within the specified region.
- Manage overall business needs for division within designated market
- Recruit, manage and work with wholesale distribution in defined territory
- Develop regional business plan and achieve sales objectives
- Develop and execute business plans with LG US AC distribution
- Develop and execute marketing plans with LG US AC distribution
- Support Training and Technical Service efforts with our reps and dealers
- Develop competitive information on industry products, pricing and programs
- Make joint sales calls on air conditioning contractors with distribution
- Attend and represent LG AC at National and Regional Industry shows
- Provide business forecasts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Management of inventory with monthly forecasting
- Manage the LG manufacturer representative to increase sales
- Minimum 5 years US HVAC sales experience in the employee of a US distributor or manufacturer.
- Working knowledge of MS Office required (Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to travel 25% of the week
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
