Job Title: Technical Training Coordinator
Location: St. Louis MO
Compensation: Starting at 50-55k based on experience

Essential Functions:
" Communicate with International Service Managers to understand cultural differences, trainee demographics, and cost obstacles as they relate to developing an effective and efficient, global, technical training program, and measure and track the training effectiveness.
" Develop plan to implement global training program.
" Identify the costs and benefits of various methods to deliver training to global markets.
" Develop programs, incentives, or other means which promote an individual's participation in the training program.
" Develop certification process for classification of trained participants.
" Develop and execute processes to maintain record of individual participation.
" Develop metrics to assess retention of knowledge provided and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of training.
" Work closely with New Business Development teams to stay current with new product developments and continuing personal Product education.
" Work closely with the personnel to support creation of technical literature, online multimedia (E-Learning Technology), and other supporting training material.

Job Qualifications:
1. Experience: The position requires 2 or more years in a Learning Management or Technical Instruction role. Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field - Technical Education & Training, Training & Development, or related experience.

3. Requirements:
a. Proficient with instructional design.
b. Ability to define metrics for learning retention.
c. Ability to coordinate closely with internal/external multimedia and literature development groups.
d. Strong project, task, and time management skills.
e. Strong software skills using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
f. Experienced with creating project work plan, setting milestones, and conducting status review meetings.

4. Skills:
a. Ability to adhere to and plan a project budget.
b. Ability to prioritize work.
