Working with National Sales Team, Agencies, Clients to traffic campaigns, implement revisions and pull reports.

Daily review of Digital creative and advise Digital Media and National Sales team of any creative or technical issues as well as help troubleshoot and resolve issues with creative.

Conduct regular meetings with Digital Sales Team to discuss all upcoming projects for the day (week) and prepare a Google Doc for the digital team daily/weekly/ monthly alerting them of any missing creative.

Work with National Sales Teams to ensure campaigns have been executed and implemented correctly and are running in compliance with client and campaign expectations.

Once live, providing webcams, images and proof of play reports. Summary of the job to traffic campaigns from start to finish.


Strives to have an understanding of the functions of all departments and how to appropriately interact with them.

Displays appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization and tenacity relating to accuracy of creative submissions, webcam and proof of play reports.

Communication to Digital Sales Team. Basic Photoshop skills. Experienced in Google doc and Excel.


Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.


Very fast paced some weekends and after hours.
Office setting, sitting, computer work, talking on phone, some standing, walking, kneeling, bending, stooping, light lifting & carrying
