InterfaceFLOR is searching for a Director Sales Training & Development to office in Atlanta, GA.
The Director Sales Training & Development will be responsible for working with Senior Sales Leadership, Marketing and Product Development to design, implement and deliver a corporate sales training and development program that provides value oriented solutions for our customers. Lifting of 50 lbs and traveling are both required.
Candidates must have:
Bachelor’s degree (consideration will be given to a combination of experience and education)
Minimum of five years professional sales training experience
Five years experience minimum within the commercial Interiors industry
Demonstrated expertise developing sales training/development programs that produce significant ROI
Three years minimum experience in a leadership role
Experience working with presentation tools
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated success with planning, prioritizing, and working independently
Strong business acumen with ability to develop and maintain strategic business plan
Growth oriented, passionate, upwardly mobile, driver self- starter
Ability to easily build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry professionals
