DESCRIPTION

Responsible for implementing instructional plans and activities to meet established IPP goals and objectives, participating in a team approach, and performing job responsibilities in a manner which complies with federal, state, agency and program regulations, policies and procedures, and ensures the health and safety of clients.

This position is for Monday - Friday/ 8:30-3:00 days, but has the option of working full-time.

DUTIES

Provide for quality and timely completion of sub-contract work.

Provide coverage for adult persons enrolled in services as assigned.

Perform necessary housekeeping duties as assigned.

Plan and supervise production as assigned.

Supervise persons served during activities.

Assist in the implementation of instructional, industrial and training activities in all relevant service areas.

Intervene in crisis situations and complete the necessary documentation.

Assist in the maintenance of necessary day service, operational and financial records and reports for assigned clients.

Maintain the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Administer assessments for persons served as directed.

Attend and actively participate in all in-services and agency meetings, as required.

Assist staff with set-up of various workstations, as well as flow of materials as assigned.

Assist with personal hygiene needs as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED & valid driver's license and auto insurance Provide for quality and timely completion of sub-contract work.
