Job Accountabilities
As a key member of the Food Division staff, the Contracts & Pricing Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of all pricing, customer contracts and supply agreements. Specific responsibilities include the following: Ø

Working with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and prepare proposal strategy and response Ø

Formulate pricing strategy and quotation development Ø

Supports sales & marketing operations by verifying, entering, and communicating pricing information. Ø

Maintains pricing database; verifies and enters contract pricing data. Ø

Follow-up on clearing of customer charge backs and deductions Ø

Ensure compliance with contracts terms and conditions. Ø

Monitors pricing changes and surcharges Ø

Notify the sales representatives of issues requiring their assistance. Ø

Work with the credit department to research any customer account pricing issues. Ø

Develop Budget and Rolling Forecast pricing and scorecard

Job Requirements
Qualifications required for success in this position include: Ø

BA/BS in Business, Accounting or a related field Ø

3+ years experience in a manufacturing sales or planning role. Ø

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ø

Exceptional analytical skills. Ø

Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting Ø

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Access a must. Ø

Very organized and detail oriented Ø

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects to completion
