The Operations Director is responsible for the overall management of the programs Staffing Consultant Team. In this capacity, the director's responsibilities include but are not limited to: manage all aspects of recruiting and staffing programs for our client, providing strategic guidance and leadership to clients and Kenexa Program Staff, maintain budget, P&L accountability, creates and maintains program metrics, oversees resource allocation, build and maintain client relationship. The Operations Director also provides leadership, personnel management and mentoring for Staffing Consultants that support the program. The Operations Director represents the RPO team and Kenexa with external audiences and may be involved in the development and presentation of reports, white papers, case studies, and sales presentations on topics in the field of RPO.

In partnership with Operations Leadership, develop and lead the sourcing and consulting teams to meet/exceed the service level agreements, develop and implement process that aligns with the program strategy and goals, establish an overall team strategy inclusive of resource plans, financial plans, risk plans, quality plans, communication plans, etc.

Accountability for delivery of customer SLA's, monthly and quarterly business metrics.
Acting as Lead engagement manager with hiring managers and H.R. Representatives on the account.
Accountable for Management of Program Staff between 10-50 employees
Partner closely with Kenexa technology lead, Divisional Business Partners, IT, trainers and others for program purposes.
Consult with clients in identifying system/process enhancements necessary to better align the solution with their business goals, including prioritizing those enhancements needed to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Monitor process, systems, client certification training as needed in collaboration with the process consultant and technology lead.
Work with RPO leadership to manage program P&L and budgets.
Monitor program expenses against proposed financial plan.
Review risk and quality plans to ensure necessary mitigation and continuous improvement plans and activities are identified and implemented.
Develop and disseminate program status reports for internal and external stakeholders including Monthly Operations documentation for Executive team, weekly status reports, and post-mortem analyses.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5 years experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or Strategic Human Resources either in a corporate or professional services environment

Engineering/Manufacturing & Pharmacetuical industry experience preferred but not required

Minimum of 3 years experience managing large Staffing teams

Prior experience managing remote teams (Global experience required in APAC, USA)

Prior client management experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This position requires not only the ability to communicate effectively with customers, but also with internal constituents.

Excellent to expert skills with Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint), Visio, Project applications

Change management experience required

Demonstrated active listening skills

Proven performance management/situational leadership skills in managing developing direct reports of various levels (management to individual contributors of varying levels)

Strong and persuasive presentation skills are a must

Ability to travel overnight may be required on a limited basis (less than 25% travel)
