Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- A valid New Jersey School Administrator Endorsement
- An excellent communicator and facilitator, responsive to the challenges of a large school district
- Administering all personnel area, including records, certifications, attendance and professional development
- Overseeing the District's benefit program
- all the of negotiated contracts with collective bargaining units
- Maintaining and supervising staff recruitment programs
- Development of a vision for continuous improvement of the Human Resources Department
