Qualifications :
  • A valid New Jersey School Administrator Endorsement
  • An excellent communicator and facilitator, responsive to the challenges of a large school district
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Administering all personnel area, including records, certifications, attendance and professional development
  • Overseeing the District's benefit program
  • all the of negotiated contracts with collective bargaining units
  • Maintaining and supervising staff recruitment programs
  • Development of a vision for continuous improvement of the Human Resources Department
