An excellent communicator and facilitator, responsive to the challenges of a large school district
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administering all personnel area, including records, certifications, attendance and professional development
Overseeing the District's benefit program
all the of negotiated contracts with collective bargaining units
Maintaining and supervising staff recruitment programs
Development of a vision for continuous improvement of the Human Resources Department
