Position Description:
Maintain professional relationships with customers, carriers and other KM departments/employees.
Handle all required paperwork as defined in the Dispatch Operating Procedures to efficiently execute customer tank truck orders in the KM and customer inventory systems.
Issue proper placards, seals, MSDS, COA and product ID tags to driver.
Obtain tare and gross weights of tank trucks; calculate quantity of product loaded.
