Responsible for supervising assigned staff. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing associates. Manages performance through performance planning, coaching, appraisal and disciplinary efforts.

-May supervise WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and production control
-Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to the operational processes and systems.
-Budget line sponsorship to monitor achievement of budget set.
-Tactical planning to accomplish specific task or department goal.
-Share in the development and execution of budget and operational goals within the department.
Monitor production reports to ensure production is aligned with standards and budgeted results.
-Ensure quality customer service.
-Align associates with department and business unit goals.
-Flexibility to work nights and/or weekends as needed. Some occasional travel required.
-May work on Special Projects as assigned by Manager.
High school degree or equivalent.
-Solid knowledge of company/industry practices.
