DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS (DS) HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE - ST. CLOUD
Marco, Inc. has a career opportunity for a full-time (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) Document Solutions Help Desk (Tier I) Representative in our St. Cloud office. Responsibilities include:
-Administering Print Tracker application and placing proactive calls to clients
-Answering incoming DS Help Desk calls and emails and determine problem severity
-Logging client problem information and creating a service call
-Providing first level technical support to clients while escalating issues beyond established skill set
Required qualifications include a High School education with up to two years of experience or an Associate’s Degree, superior customer service skills and excellent follow-up with clients. Previous technical help desk experience is preferred.
