DS CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE - ST. CLOUD, MN
Marco, Inc. has a career opportunity for a full-time DS Client Care Representative in our St. Cloud office. Main responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls, emails and all correspondence in an appropriate and timely manner and determining problem severity to establish priorities
- Creating and assigning service calls and coordinating service work and service requests
- Processing sales orders and supply requests
- Accurately and promptly logging client problem information
Ideal candidate will have a High school education with up to 2 years of experience or an Associate’s Degree. Must have proficiency with business collaboration tools including MS Office applications, Outlook and company specific programs, solid customer service abilities including telephone skills, superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.
