DS SUPPORT DESK TECHNICIAN (TIER I) - ST. CLOUD, MN
Marco, Inc. has a career opportunity for a full-time DS Support Desk Technician (Tier I) in our St. Cloud office. Main responsibilities include:
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support and remote help desk service to Clients on printer and networking requests
- Monitoring network connections through company provided software
- Answering customer calls, emails and all correspondence in an appropriate and timely manner and determining problem severity to establish priorities
- Accurately and promptly logging client problem information
Ideal candidate will have a High school education with up to 2 years of experience or an Associate’s Degree. Must have proficiency with business collaboration tools including MS Office applications, Outlook and company specific programs, solid customer service abilities including telephone skills, superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.
